I was wondering why they told me it wouldn’t be until July that they would be able to fix the recall and then 2 weeks later they say it was done. Hopefully it is fixed. I would like someone to let me know why it only took 2 weeks. I am skeptical that they even fixed it. They wouldn’t have a remedy for it until July.Thank you.

Michael provided excellent service. He greeted me with a smile and he explained the services that I was about to receive. It is because of encounters like this is why I keep coming back. Kim was not very friendly or seemed disinterested in answering my questions. Apparently, the porters didn't like the way she treats them either because they were practically high fiving me for telling her she had a bad attitude and I told her I wanted another service advisor. Perhaps she needs to be grateful she has a job and treat her customers and co-workers better.
