My car was in service for 3 weeks and knowing the issue I expected it to take a bit, but to call several times and be told I would get a call back and never get one was frustrating. I then get a text after 3 weeks saying your car is ready. I go to pick up my car and it is covered with 2 inches of construction dust and dirt and that’s how they attempted to hand it back to me. I asked if they could wash it off as I did not leave it in that condition and they stayed it down with water and brought it back out. I then had to go have it washed as the windows were barely see thru. This is my 2nd car from this location and up until this visit I was always satisfied when I left there.

After $810.00 bill for front brakes and a new battery. My tires were rotated, and after driving an eighth of a mile from the dealership, had to turn around because the front end was shaking and they never balance the tires after rotating them. I was then told this could happen and was giving a lot of reasons and excuses why it happened. Instead of apologizing and making it right. I asked to speak high ranking manager on duty and spoke with Mike who apologize and said he would make it right. my background is I am a retired Publix store manager, and when it came to customer service if my associates or myself ever did something wrong, we apologize and made it right with no excuses. I will never use your dealership for any services. I will drive the 1 1/2 hour to Broward for need from this point forward. I have purchase four Toyota tundra trucks, and one car since 2000..
