Caitlin was awesome today, explaining everything my car needed to keep it in excellent condition. Great customer service, great personality. I asked for Petra, one of my favorite employees of yours, please relay a message from me that I am praying for her, for quick and complete recovery. I don’t know exactly what happened except that she is on medical leave. Please feel free to give her my phone number. My family are also praying for her. I also want to mention the shuttle driver who was pleasant and kind. I was very pleased with today’s visit and the results of my car. I trust my car with you as you can see see how many years I have been taking my car for service.

Nobody checks with me only one men he asked if i wanted something to drink. Nobody from service. 2.5 hrs i looked outside and saw my truck stepped out and waited 10 minutes nothing so walked to a men and asked about my truck and he didn't know he asked who was my service manager. I said I don't know, 20 minutes later i get my keys 3hrs later

My right back tire was low in air. They check it and found no leak. They filled the tire the next day the tire was flat. That caused hardship on me. I was very
