I had to wait on the line to be checked in for over 30 minutes when I dropped my car off. Then I had to wait 20-30 minutes when I had to drop it off again when I had to return it for a window installation. That. in my opinion is ridiculous....

I had an 8:30 appointment and it took almost 40 minutes to get moved from the entrance to the front of the line. WhenMr. Minier finally came to help me he asked if I wanted a tire rotation. I asked him if it was included with the oil change and he told me it was. When he came back with the page for me to sign he shows me my total and I explained that was more than what I was told on the phone. Mr. Minier goes on to tell me it was because of the tire rotation. I explained that I didn’t want the tire rotation if that was the case. He walked away with an attitude and slammed his bag door. When he returned with a new receipt for my signature, he made a remark based on me not wanting the tire rotation. I returned 2.5 hours later for my vehicle since I never received a call and my car was done and parked on the side of the bays. In the years, I’ve been going to Kia, I’ve never had this experience. Very poor customer service!

I have nothing but good things to say. I went in to find out information, and ended walking out of there, with 2 vehicles. My 2021 Rio Hatchback does not even have, 14000 miles on it, as of yet. I found out in 2022 that I am battling stage 4 cancer. So my husband, or kids take me to my doctors appointments. Thank you so much. God bless ????????????????????????

It was a preventable service visit. I had to bring my vehicle back because during a previous service where the purge pump was replaced “sensor 6 fuse blown from pump assembly and was not replaced the last time.” So if this were done on 7/5/24 I would not have to have been inconvenienced with the task of bringing my vehicle back. Also when I came back to pick up my vehicle I waited a long time for Caitlin, so someone else took mercy on me and checked me out so I could go.

My appointment was not with Caitlin, it was with Jamie. While I’m upset that after 40 minutes of waiting to be greeted or my car to be taken back after my appointment time (that resulted in me leaving and not getting my car serviced), I don’t feel this is a bad reflection on Jamie directly at all. Jamie was doing what she could with what she had. I told her that I understood she got caught up and this was ok and I meant it. This is a management problem. There should’ve been someone else available to assist when Jamie got caught up assisting another customer. I’m annoyed by the inconvenience and do not want to be contacted by anyone. I’ll get over it and have my car serviced elsewhere next week before I leave town Tuesday.

Two of my AC vents were broken and the piece that goes around my stereo system. I contacted them when I saw it. It looked like it was glue back together, but it don’t work like that with me. Try to keep my car fixed up. I am doing my best, but if someone breaks something they should fix it. It’s been over a week and no one hasn’t called me to fix it. I was told by a representative that they will order the part and call me when it’s ready and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Smith Kia has forgotten all about me. That makes me feel sad. Please make this right thank you.

I was told part was a week out. My car was there for 3.5 weeks with no phone calls from you guys with updates on my car. I made multiple phone calls and left messages with service writers and service manager. Still no calls were returned. I finally went to pick up car and their are scratches all over the front end and fenders of my car. I just paid $7000 for a complete paint job!!! I talked to the service manager and his response was "what happened, happened what can I really do about it now". What a joke. I own a repair and collision shop in Palm city and I can honestly tell you I will no longer order parts from your dealership and I will no longer send anyone your way. I am so Appalled how I was treated in your dealership.
