When I came in this morning, there was no record of my appointment even existing into the system. I came to have some recalls addressed, and when I was advised that it was going to take 2 to 4 hours for it to be completed, I charted a share ride so I can get to work on time instead of waiting with my vehicle about 25 minutes into my journey to go to work, I was then informed that my vehicle was ready. I was a little bit upset because I had already spent money that was unnecessary. If only I was given the proper information before making the final decision to charter a ride to my job when I finally return midday to pick up my vehicle, everyone was very reluctant in regards to trying to help me so I can obtain my vehicle and leave because I was coming on my lunch break. With the experience that I’ve had so far trying to work with the service area of this dealership I don’t feel confident in any further business, moving forward. my personal opinion as someone that has worked in the customer industry for 30 years, the promptness in customer service needs to be addressed and fixed.
