It took almost two weeks to get a call back as no one answered the telephone after the operator transferred the call. SEVERAL messages were left with both CORY and the service manager RICK QUACKENBUSH. I find this totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.
As for Pablo. He was totally respectful and professional. He listened to what I had to say about what was wrong with the vehicle, and explained the process. Pablo’s service was excellent.
