Zac was very helpful and my car was fixed. The car had gotten muddy in KY and the back tire didn't get very clean when I took it to car wash at home. I hadn't had time to work on it further. Kia did the complimentary car wash and they got my tires clean and shined up. I really appreciate that.

I had an appointment for 9am on Tuesday after not being able to drive my vehicle for 2 weeks. Then it not being seen till Wednesday with no communication from Kia. Finally when I did get communication I was accused of not servicing my car because I didn’t get it serviced at Kia and didn’t keep my records of oil changes that my husband did for me. So know I have a Kia that I couldn’t be fixed due to lack of communication between the sales person telling me if I didn’t have records of maintenance and if I didn’t have it serviced at Kia the warranty is voided. Which mean I had to purchase a new vehicle couldn’t trade in the 2019 so now I start payments over again at a higher rate and give my 2019 Kia back to the bank to put a volunteer repo on my credit. Didn’t get the option to fix the issue. I felt like a number in your service department.

KIA BEV SMITH very Disappointing experience -car had check engine light -not washed -rental was given back before time was met and returned with more gas than customer received. -car had a knocking sound under car -car left side behind driver seat door was dented/damaged -car was not cleaned inside or out -car was given with something in engine not plugged in -car was left at dealer for another night to complete all unfinished/mistakes made on car -car was picked up and again not clean inside or out -car was in no way returned in customer expectation. -car was returned with car speakers unconnected -manager stated he had not seen the check engine light when he pulled car from lot and brought to customer, then stated the customer began talking about a noise that he heard under the car and for those reasons he did not see the check engine light on. -horrible experience. I am very unhappy with my service at Kia Bev Smith in fort pierce. Will be looking forward to selling car and no longer being a Kia customer, for recall and customer service. Will also be sending an email to someone higher than manager at this location.
