Luis showed an excellent customer care. I have a 12:30 pm appt, was in line at 12:12pm; received at 12:20 but was told to wait in my car. I waited 20 more minutes, no one came so I went down my car. Went inside the service advisor dept. Luis listened to my desperate story of waiting and was quick to offer his help very kindly. He got me all taken cared of and even offered a ride to take me back home instead of waiting but I decided to just wait. Luis provided an exemplary service, and I am impressed. Thank you Luis…you ROCK!! ???? ??
