Tiffany was rude with horrible customer service, and very unprofessional. I have never been treated the way I was treated by her in my whole life in any situation, because of her and how unprofessional she was my car got the minimum that was need and I wanted everything to be checked and updated including an oil change. I felt rushed to get out due to her rude comments toward me. I love Honda and live by them. But I’m not sure if I will go back because how upset I was when I left because of her.

I have contacted your Service Mgr and left messageS & no return call. I have had an issue w/ the service department. when I financed the vehicle I paid EXTRA to have my oils changes done. I would go when the sticker (from YOUR mechanic) would say & apparently THIS WAS WRONG. Not one service advisor told me it was too soon for the synthetic oil change. NOW I am having to come out of pocket
