The only complaint I have is the waiting time (not related to Robert)
I made an appointment in a hope to speed up my check in process. I’d waited for more than 1/2 hours before I’d been helped by him. If I didn’t make an appointment before I came in, I would understand and no complaint about it. Your dealer almost lost me for good. FYI, this wasn’t a first time.

Car was ready for pick-up, the invoice was paid for and receipt was given. I was waiting outside for over 30 minutes for them to bring the car over. I had an oil change done with the car wash. Tiffany said they can’t do car wash even though I have a coupon for it. She said, however, she will run the car through a wash. Nothing was done. Tiffany was unprofessional, condescending, rude, and was very nonchalant about the whole ordeal. I’ve going here for years and never had a horrible experienced like today. To top it off, as I was driving off the lot, she was mockingly grinning and waving me off. Hopefully, we can have a resolution with this representative. I would not want another person to experience that kind of treatment.
