Eduardo’s service was satisfactory, but I wasn’t too happy about the phone service I been call constantly and the call never goes thru, my husband also call to see how was going with the car and they will put him on hold and then hung up on him.
I had to make a trip to the dealership in order for me to find out that the car was ready.
I been having same issue with the car and the car is been 3 times at the dealer for the same problem.
It’s tiring and also I have things to do other than been so many times for same issue

I was there for approximately 2 hours for an oil change I sat in my car for 50 minutes. This was not the first time I've experienced this time of wait. I believe your service person did the best he could however as a company you need to make some improvements on time of service
