While the end results were good, the process of getting there was horrible. Hours of mishaps and delays ending in being taken home without my car. All over a simple checkup. And worst of all, I was being told it was something I must have done. Turns out I didn't d a damn thing. It was the mechanic's error. But really, blame the customer first? WTH.

Hi I recently took my car in to have my a/c fixed but Anthony D from the service department ended up telling me my a/c is fully functional when I know it's not... I drive it everyday from Rialto to LA and I should know if my a/c is working properly or not... it only blows cold when it wants to... Anthony D didn’t have the mechanics test my a/c compressor or check for any possible a/c leaks! He only had one job and that’s to have the mechanics find the source of the issue which he failed to do! I am completely unsatisfied with the half **** service department! My car is still under warranty and it’s been hot and I need my a/c fixed… If you guys can please help me fix the issue with my cars a/c I would greatly appreciate thank you.

Michelle was great, couple things I wanted to mention on here. I don’t think she woiuld be able to do solve these problems. This would be something for management to deal with. Would be nice to have had a loaner car while my car was in the shop for 2-3 days so I wouldn’t have to call in sick from work or take an extra vacation day because the car dealership didn’t want to pay for their loaner cars. I also was told because of covid Rock Honda does NOT loan out cars. I have several friends of whom had their cars in the shop at their dealerships were given loaner cars. That would have helped me out alot being I had to waste my sick time and vacation day to be off from work. Also, it took a long while for me to get this appt. Almost waited 3-4 weeks! And yes I had no choice but to drive my car from San Bernardino to Anaheim to work while I waited for this appt. i had to take unnecessary time off knowing I drive a long distance and was afraid to drive the car any further. Please be more accomadating to your customers and have these issues rectified so no hassles in the future. If I had known there would not be any problems like this, I would NOT have bought my car here.

Extremely disappointed with the service, or lack of service I received. I stopped by to give Rock an opportunity to rectify your service department’s error but I was turned away. I was surprised at the lack of accountability and effort to resolve my situation caused by Rock Honda’s service department. Since Ruben Serna was unable and unwilling to assist me, I’m forced to seek other avenues within your company. Thank you.

I am very happy with Honda and the service for me is very satisfactory, the only thing that if it becomes very expensive is each service they do to my car is always $ 100.00 onwards I would like them to have more specials and more for being customers stable thanks
