Eduardo Flores is simply awesome. He is my go to guy as Honda service advisor. He is friendly, professional and honest. He has the willingness to go the extra mile to help his customers, which make us feel appreciated. I'm glad that Rock Honda finally made him the service manager. He is definitely deserving of the position.
