Waited in line way too long for even having an appointment and still have to wait for my car. They are to all to slow and everyone looks like their doing something and when you walk up to them then they help you. Worse place ever! I own a Chevy and a Kia best service ever. Had a Honda since 2016 and a 2018 not a good Experience there at Rock Honda
