I went in today for an oil change without an appointment and all the staff made sure that I was taken care of. Maria Navarro, my service representative, was very friendly and recommended all the service my vehicle needed without making it overwhelming. My car was serviced in less than an hour and Maria made that extra effort to ensure that I was well informed of pending service. Maria and your service department are the reason I go 15 miles out of my way to Rock Honda.

The only thing that is annoying is you don't know where to go when you return as a new customer. I had no idea I was supposed to go back to my original person that helped me so I was patiently standing there waiting to be helped while people were being helped ahead of me only to find out I was supposed to go to my original cashier. Other than that, great job, friendly and fast.

Find service tech did a great job but I asked for a car wash and did not get it. When I asked the young man who brought my car why I didn't get a car wash he said something about the current water rationing situation or some such nonsense. If I needed to pay for the car wash I would have done so.
