Wife took car in, came back with paint missing on the rear bumper. Tech told her it was there when she brought it in but I know it wasn't. I checked my security cameras and couldn't see anything when she left but it wasn't the greatest angle so I just let it go. Lesson learned, we will be walking the vehicle with tech in future.

Look I was so angry with my service, it definitely doesn't matter if I complain or not, I was hearing noise under my car, so I made a service appointment with Honda World in Westminister where I leased the civic, well I didn't even make it because my car was sparking, so I pulled over called AAA and they towed my car to your dealership, when I arrived Anthony was the person who helped me, after the mechanic looked at my car he said the engine cover needed to be replaced, he quoted me that it will cost 179.00 that day I wasn't prepared to pay for it, Im disabled and on a very strick income so, I needed my car and asked them to remove the cover, the mechanic had the nerve to say I don't think we can do that, absolutely unbelievable because I knew I could have it removed and drive without it even though it's not recommended, so I went home asked my daughter to use her credit card and told her what I was quoted, she said yes, I immediately called Anthony, I told him look Its Friday I will come first thing but I need to make sure I'm not there all day, yes Ms Cortez when you get here ask for me and I will take care of it, so Friday I arrive at dealership at 930 am asked for Anthony, I made it clear I need my card to be done at a certain time, yes yes I understand, well at 1230 Anthony came over to me and he said I have good news an,d bad news so we walk over to his desk and he said that the mechanic from yesterday made a mistake and I'm actually going to need some more cover, going to be about 80 bucks more at that point I was so furious, I just said fix it oh good news my car would be done by 1, now listen to me I specifically said and asked that I did not want to be at that dealership more then an hour, I understand I'm not the only person who needed service but I specifically asked and was told my car would be done in an 1hour, what a fu** lie, so my car is done and Anthony has the nerve that my bill was almost 500.00, are you fucken kidding me, I was told the day before roughly 180.00 but the next day a new mechanic says I need and added part because the first mechanic made a mistake, look now I have completely lost faith in your dealership, it makes think that there was nothing wrong with my car part and the mechanic said there was to make more money or the mechanic removed the second part which caused me to have to pay for Second part, my Civic is brand new not even 1 year old and to have a 500.00 dollar repair makes me never want to but Honda again!!!! Or do business with your dealership.

Thank you for attending to me quickly in the driveway. It was the fastest time I got checked in. I didn’t have an appointment. I was given a shuttle ride home. When my care was ready, I was called. A shuttle picked me up and I was on my way home with my car soon after. The estimate that was given to me was what I ended up paying. Very pleased with the experience.

I already completed a survey describing in great detail my dissatisfaction with Rock Honda’s customer service. Sending another survey to me weeks later with no indication that anyone ever saw the first one does not inspire confidence that filling out this one wouldn’t be a huge waste of time.
