Shafiq helped me in facilitating the overall maintenance of my Honda CRV. He explained all that are to be done & after the service was done. I was given a good car ride by Christian to & from home while the vehicle had been maintained for 5 hours. Thanks for the good service.

Nothing got fixed. It was delivered in worse shape then I dropped it off in. Now no one will answer or return my calls, and I made 8 phone calls today. I even gained a flat tire from your lovely service department. Less then 24 hours after I picked it up from this dealership, I dropped it off at another Honda dealership. The car is now unsafe to drive after you worked on it.

Waited awhile to see a advisor .advisor call me an mentioned that the mechanic had recommended my brake fluid be flushed and in cabin filter be replaced. My last service was at 30000 and had the brake fluid flush she said that there was no record of any service performed WOW so all my services info are gone pretty sad that as big as Honda is and change ownership that we have to start over .to top it off I get home and oil on driveway.I popped my hood and found oil all over the fan shroud and motor mount what a sloppy way to change oil and give it back to the customer like that.I had to wash it down. I work in the HVAC service industry and would not put up with that poor service. Hope I can trust Rock Honda but with this sinerio probably won't be back

My advisor was way to slow. He was more involved with chit chatting with his female Co worker. My keys were brought back and hanging for almost an hour until I said something. Than he started paperwork.
