Every time I take my vehicle to this place, my engine light always comes back on 3-4 weeks later, I take the vehicle in and always it needs a replacement of something that always cost over $1,000. I never get a call back until I call at least 3 times asking for information. The amount of times I have taken my vehicle to get service and the one time I decided not to do the work because I don’t have $1,700 for this service at this moment this place still charges me $165 for the diagnostics yet it was just their last month when the engine light was on and they didn’t even bother to say no need to pay this as we know you have been here within the month. Poor service and attention and no consideration to all the times I have previously been in to get service done. I honestly felt dealer work could be trusted, but time and agin this place has proven not so. I feel disappointed and naive for for believing all the times I got work done here thinking they actually fixed whatever the engine light was indicating for but 3-4 weeks the engine light would come back on and this place would tell me now it’s this. Yet apparently it was not detected 3 weeks before.
