Luis Sapien went above and beyond to take car of my vehicle, from ensuring the tires were rotated to the oil, to helping me get my oil shield back on despite the hassle. He was very communicative and letting me know what was going on, he listened to my concerns and made sure everything was okay even down to making sure my car was clean, even notifying me about the replacement of my cabin and air filters. I would love nothing more than to come back and have Luis take care of things once again. me. I don’t know what happened to Rock Honda service. Anthony was very apologetic and was great once I got to speak with him. Also over 2 hours for oil service and no shuttle service- terrible experience.
I’m afraid I will not deal with this horrible service this last time.
