i was there from 11:30am -3:00pm for an oil change & gave me my car back with the tire pressure light on! it wasnt on when i gave it to them!!!!!

Lack of communication. Dropped off my car at 7am. I didnt get an update for 10hrs before they call to tell me they're keeping it for another day. That was Tuesday.
I go pick up the car on Thrusday and they can't find my car keys. They had me search through the keys they had to see if one was mine. It wasn't there. Once they find jt and I get in the car, there's still a check engine sign on it. The mecanic wasn't there so they kept the car again.. Its Friday today and I called the advisor to ask what went wrong. After the explanation I told her they didn't even offer aren't for me, she said " oh I wish you would of told me you needed a rental"....I literally told her I wanted to know how long everything would take because I NEED MY CAR FOR WORK... Overall terrible communication by the TEAM.
