Anthony, my service advisor and your shuttle service, were great. However the fact the parts to repair my vehicle cannot be preordered is unacceptable. I will have to be following up constantly to see if parts are available. Checking in to pick up your vehicle is also a very tedious process as you are looking for your specific advisor, who may be on a day off. The fact that service advisors literally look at you and make no attempt to help you is disheartening. thankfully, one advisor offered to help me. This is the reason more and more consumers are going to private mechanics, dealerships simply do not care enough or make an effort.

It did not make a difference that I had an appointment. Everyone was in one same two lanes. The person checking us in jumped from car to car with out keeping track who was next. Checked in at 8:30 to make a duplicate key. No call so I finally when in at 3PM to see where it stood on the key. Made some excuse that there were 5 codes for that year vehicle. Waited another 45 minutes to get the car. And there seemed to be slot of people standing aroind

It took more than 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and then when i called to see if it was ready the lady said i would have gotten a call if it was ready and not to worry, you will call… i waited maybe an hour and called back and requested that they check my car and they said it was ready! I had my husband drop me off and found out it still wasn’t ready!! Then when i got my car back driving home I noticed it felt as if there was too much air in the tires!! Sure enough a few days later, my tire sensor notification on the dash came on and i went to have the tires checked and the mechanic put 60 pounds of air in each tire!!

Tiffany was helpful and friendly. No problem with her. Otherwise we were completely dissatisfied We made a trip there yesterday, and got a special ride there to pick up the car. All paperwork said you close at 7:00. When came at 6:15 was told Cashier was closed and had to come back next day Awful!! Today I paid at a The service desk and didn’t go to cashier at all. Why couldn’t I have paid at service desk yesterday afternoon. Your appointment system and telephone system are messed up. I got hung up on the phone numerous times. I had to call your dealership numerous times just to get through. Nobody called me to tell me What was wrong with my car. I had to call you before I could find out. First I was told nothing was wrong with my car. 10 min. Later somebody called back to tell me I had to replace a part. I have done business regularly with your dealership fir all of the 6 years I have owned my Honda. Never such terrible service. Less than 1 star rating.

I made an appointment to leave my vehicle at that time, however I had to wait for a half hour to be helped. I was told that it would take 90 minutes for my vehicle to be serviced, but after 2 hours I called to see if my car was ready. Whoever answered the phone told me that they didn’t know if my car was ready and couldn’t help me. I went back to the dealership to find out that my car was ready but since the person helping me was at lunch, no one bothered to contact me. After having my car serviced yesterday, I’m very upset that my tire pressure light turned on today. It’s honestly the worst experience I’ve had at Rock Honda since I’ve gotten my vehicle.

Good experience and customer service,although you location was going through a new system update on your computers I wasn’t able to get all the test done to my car 2013 Honda Accord sport which I wanted so I could have it for my records due to the service I had done there. Shafiq Jamili was a great customer service advisor.

When I left Rock Honda I notice my hood shaking. I parked and saw that the hood was not shut completely. I could have gotten into an accident if the hood would have flew open.

I never got updates on my car seeing is how you had my sued car that I bought from ur company for only 2-3 months before finding out that the whole engine needed to be replaced. I then found out that your company knew about it and sold the car like that to me. It was nearly a before I bought the car that it was notes on the cars record that the engine need to be replaced. I had to fight to get ur company to fixe it. For over 2 months. The manager never called me back. The whole team was very unprofessional about everything. Telling me lies the whole time. I will tell everyone I know not to ever buy a car from u. And I also have post my experience on your review site to let people know not to trust ur company. I did for ur company to take the car back and I was told it's my problem to deal with.
