I haven't been happy with my past experiences at Rock Honda. This service experience was better than I had anticipated. Anthony provided good customer service and updated me because the service time took longer than expected and I was waiting since there was no shuttle service available.

Difficult to get an appointment. Took 3 hours and no one told me when my service was done, I had to ask and then was sent text and email. I purchased an alignment package that was never transferred to my new car and were unable to transfer while I was there. I was told I would have to call and speak to a manager. I feel that the service rep should take care of it. Just not very helpful.
