I bought my vehicle brand new there and the a/c motor is going out. My vehicle was kept there for 3 days , just to tell me the part I need is going to a month to come in. I was told that I was going to get a rental for the time being and no one has replied back. I bought a Honda because there suppose to be good but I had a number of recalls on my vehicle . I will never buy a Honda again

My service was horrible from the start to the ending. Not only was I not updated with the status of my car, I had to be the one calling to check status. Then when I picked up the car as I was driving I realized the my glove compartment was messing only to find it in my back seat. Then the Sr who fixed it had a horrible attitude when I asked if he could make sure it was put on properly because the last time this happened it was not and as I was driving it fell off, he then stated “well I wasn’t the last person to put it on so don’t worry about it” Such horrible customer service.

I dropped off my vehicle Friday morning at 7:30, and found out at that moment it wouldn’t be ready until Saturday. On Saturday it was never communicated to me that my car wouldn’t be completed. I called the service department several times and got no real answers. Then Monday, I received a confusing, vague text message that my car was finished, but I needed to wait until some paperwork was completed before coming to pick it up. I assumed that meant I would receive another message telling me it was ready, but I didn’t. So, I finally called, and found out it was done and I could have come earlier. When I came to pick up my vehicle, the person “taking care of me” was at lunch, and I never saw them. Then, I found out when I looked at my paperwork, that only three of 4 safety recalls had been done because of lack of parts. I completely understand that situation, but no one ever communicated to me about this. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received, the disorganized atmosphere, and the lack of communication. I will not be back to Rock Honda.
