Though Ruben Service Mgr was very nice and apologetic about his staff it doesn’t negate that his staff Eddy, Greg and Taylor (who now no longer works there) lack any customer service skills. Eddy lied to me over the phone, when I asked if I could bring my car in on Monday 7/26. He told me he wasn’t working on Monday, to bring it in on Tuesday and to ask for him. I brought my car in Monday night and he was working. He wasn’t my advisor, Greg’s name was on the auto-text I received, but he never called me for an update on Tuesday. I called after 6pm to find out if my car was ready and the operator told me that service was closed. How can a dealer just disregard notifying a customer that their car will not be ready. My problems were computer codes flashing and air cond at 80+ degrees. My car had been kept for a week for computer problem repairs the previous week. I have owned 3 Hondas, but service is part of the ownership. I will Not recommend Rock Honda to anyone, and share my continuous disappointment in Rock Honda overall. I purchased a 2018 Touring Honda Accord with extended warranty and a oil change plan. I will share on Nextdoor app, Facebook and Instagram to purchase other than Hondas Sandra L
