Had my appointment Tuesday 7/21 got my car back Thursday 7/22. I had to call service department to find out about my car only to find out I needed a new battery. It took 2days to find out it was the battery. I missed 3days of work to know it was a battery. Very bad service, very unsatisfactory. And I am the one who had to call to check in my car 2days later. Never again will I step foot in your service. I bought all my cars there and referred friends. 0 stars

My car was there for 5 hours. It was routine maintenance. B1 service oil and transmission oil change. I waited in line for 40 minutes with a 9:15 AM appointment. What’s the use of an appointment if I’m just waiting. It is evident that your dealer is over booking appointments. Customers don’t like that. By the way Anthony was nice and I know it’s not his fault. It’s your service dept. as a whole. Too much waiting and stop hiring service advisors that are practically out of high school. I know more about cars and engines than most of the service people you have there. You are trying to save money by not hiring professionals and at the end your dealer will lose! People will go else where. Hopefully the new company that bought you guys out will change things for the better and give people the customer service they deserve after all they spent a lot of money buying your cars. Some advice for you.
