From the time I arrived the staff were diligent and getting me checked in to get at me so my service writer to the individual that check me out with paperwork and got me back to my vehicle completed yes I am completely satisfied with all the interactions of all the staff and I am completely satisfied with my customer service

I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. I was told that it would be more than 2 hours for it. I asked why have an appointment when you can’t take care of the service at the appointment time. I had to wait close to 3 hours. I asked to speak to the manager and he was very condescending. All in all I feel misled when I bought the prepaid oil change service contract when I bought my car. I was told that I can take my car to any Honda dealership and I was told that my car would be washed also. Today I was informed that I could only go to Rock. I was satisfied with my purchase of my car until today. Your service department needs help and if you make appointments you should be on time and not overbook. Customer’s time should be valued. I will not recommend Rock to anyone. I’m making a formal complaint to Honda Corporate and to Costco, since you don’t value your customers.
