Arif was great. He called when he said he would, however I could never get a return call from Ruben and was never updated as to what they were going to do with my vehicle. This was the third time bringing it in and It has been two months with dealing with Rock Honda and five months total from the original dealership.I realize it may not necessarily be the dealerships issue regarding the problem with the vehicle, but better communication would be appreciated. Mariano was very on top of letting me know what was happening. Would just like the vehicle fixed.
