I was told it would take five hours to complete. Five hours tuned into eight. After calling for Eduardo twice to no answer I decided to call someone else. Then I had another 15 minutes to wait just to get hold of Eduardo. Once I finally got there to pick up my car. Eduardo said he would be right out with it. 15 minutes later no Eduardo. When I asked another service member for help. It turned out that they didn’t even go to get my car. The other service member had to ask them to get my car. Thanks for wasting my whole day. The only enjoyable part was the driver who picked me up to get my car. He was amazing. Overall this is definitely my worse experience ever at a Honda dealership.
