Eddie is always very kind, and supportive. He tried his BEST to fix car on time; and make sure customer is satisfied completely with service Rick Honda provides.

Was lied to regarding a tire that needed replacing. Was told that the tire could not be patched and the only solution was to purchase a tire ($200). I declined the service and took it to a local tire shop, and they confirmed that the punctured tire was fixable. $10 repair. Also, my oil percentage meter was not reset. Had to go back the following day to get that done. Worst experience at a dealer I’ve had.

Rude & unprofessional service clerk. Scheduled a recall service appointment. Upon arrival, he didn’t know why my husband was there. My husband had to come and get me out of the car, so I could explain (since I made the initial appointment), what we needed done. I had already explained to the service rep when I scheduled the appointment. The service clerk was very unprofessional and rude. I called and left a voicemail message for a Guest Relations representative to explain my concern and no one returned my call; very very unprofessional and inconsiderate! Will not be returning to Rock Honda!!
P.S. I’ve purchased 7 cars from Rock Honda and very sad to say, u’ve lost a dedicated and loyal customer!!!!
