I had a bad experience with Eddie back in 2018, before I purchased my new Honda Civic so to have a pleasant and easy visit with rock Honda and wonderful service/assistance from Eddie, really made me happy and feel better about rock Honda. I honestly dread going to rock Honda because I’m a female and we get taken advantage of so this last visit was nice. Good communication, he helped me and returned my call when I asked if my car was almost ready. I know the recall fuel pump change could take 2 days but mine was done in 1 day and there’s no scratches or bumps on my car so I’m even more pleased with how they took care of it. Thank you guys so much. The mechanics, Eddie and the people who answer the phones. I’m so stressed going to rock Honda but this made me feel better about the place. Hopefully I get to the point where I’m comfortable asking about a trade in because I seen a beautiful car I really want right at the entrance. Thank you guys!
