I didn't get a call the day of drop off nor the second day my car was at the service center. I had to call myself to see the status of my car. I even texted the number to see if my car was ready the first day and didn't receive a reply. Once I did reach Michelle she was Great. But only after I got in contact with her.

This was the worst service experience I've ever dealt with. Let me start by saying Michelle is rude and unprofessional. Has no customer service whatsoever. She was basically blaming me for the issue my car was having, even though I was trying to explain the situation. After blaming me, she was trying to say that it was going to take 2 weeks for the part to come in so then I asked for a rental, I got denied and said Honda wasn't going to approve a rental so I was going to be carless for 2 weeks and that got me extremely upset and started to get worried about having transportation to work. So then I was asking about a rental again and after I asked I assumed she put the phone down and then I heard her talking in the background, sounded like she made a phone call because I could hear her talking and laughing about me. Her conversation on the phone was in Spanish (I'm going to assume she thought I wasn't going to be able to understand her) and she was saying that I was on the phone upset and started to joke and laugh saying she doesn't know what to tell me and that she doesn't want a bad review. After hearing that made me extremely upset because 1. She never told me to hold. 2. Found this behavior extremely rude. 3. Seemed like all she care was about a review instead of helping me the customer. After her phone call it got quiet so I was on the phone saying "hello" for 30 seconds so I decided to call from my other phone when a lady answered I explained to her that I was on the phone with Michelle and out of no where she disappeared without telling me to hold or anything, the lady then told me she was leaving work as we speak. Honestly I felt so disrespected and on her behalf she was extremely rude for treating a customer like that. I was on hold for over an hour I have screenshot of the phone call. As a buyer of a brand new 2022 Honda Civic and it having issues already was upsetting already and to top it of getting treated carelessly the way she handled the situation disappointed me alot and because of that I will not be going to this dealership ever again or servicing my car there either. I also won't ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Never have I ever dealt with any customer representative that was very unprofessional and rude like her. I would like to highly suggest to hire people that are more qualified for that position or have current employees retrained on how to deal with customers.
