I just feel like the windshield should have been covered by warranty. To wake up and see a stress crack in your brand new only months old windshield cracked by stress and then to be quoted 2 k for a new one is upsetting. When I was sold my extended warranty the salesman specifically said the warranty covers chips in the windshield, scratches on the rims, he went on and on about how good the warranty service was and I can’t even get it to cover a defective windshield? Doesn’t make sense to me.

She was not helpful. She kept reminding me that she was fitting me in & very busy so don't expect a miracle. My car suddenly stopped on the freeway and I slowly made it to the service center. I was upset & terrified. She said they probably wouldn't get to it that day. I understood that. Tiffany said they would work on it Saturday and I got a rental based on her assessment. I called Saturday and found out she was off & Noone knew anything about it! Someone said check on Sunday & they knew service was CLOSED.
