My service rep was not available when I came to pick up the car after they tried to call her. It seemed like to get someone else to help me to pay and leave was an inconvenience. When I finally asked if someone else could ring me up, they were reluctant. My biggest issue is when I go to Rock Honda they do not explain anything. No discussion about how my tires were or if anything is needed down the line. It’s just a you owe me $210, bye. I think people expect for someone to go over the car, not a long conversation, but a basic one.
Also, I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 pm and I went to drop off the car around 2 pm. I understand that the appointment maybe can’t start until 230, but it’s silly that I had to wait 30 minutes in the car before anyone could come out and check me in to bring me inside.
