There was an error in my paperwork where my last name was listed as my first name and my first name as my last which the people completing the paperwork didn’t catch until the very end after everything was signed which forced me to stay there another hour and a half and complete everything all over again. After waiting another hour and a half I was asked to come back again the following day to again complete the paperwork because the error was still in the system which in turn if not fixed was going to deny my approval . That’s a little frustrating that not only was the error not fixed the first time that I had to return again to fix the problem that they had committed. I wish they took more time to thoroughly check through the paperwork and make sure that everything is correct the first time. I had to go in for my alarm installation today and again there was still errors in my paperwork which now makes me believe that the mistake was never fixed. Although I’m very happy with my purchase I do wish that they took a little more time to be considerate of the customers time .
