I informed the service advisor Eduardo that the plastic cover underneath the engine had come loose. He said that he would make sure it was taken care of. It was not and is still loose. Rear alignment not completed because its "not adjustable". This was not explained to me and I only found this out because there was a paper left in the car by the technician that said so.

I am extremely happy that my car was serviced and taken care of quickly. This was not a pleasant experience.I arrived at your bay at 5pm and saw 2 service advisors with customers and 2 without. I waited 5 min in my car and no one came out. I then stood outside my car and attempted to ask a man walking from one side of the bay to the other and he either ignored me or if I’m being considerate maybe didn’t hear me. Finally I had to shout out “excuse me” to the next man walking by and asked if anyone could help me. I believe this is not the level of service you strive for. I was very disappointed, frustrated and upset. I hope my comments are reviewed, shared and a plan set in place so that no customer feels as ignored and unappreciated as I did on my visit

I had to wait for my glove box to be repaired after it was accidentally broken by the mechanic. I wasn't informed of this until after I was told my car was ready for pick up. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. When I returned I parked im my driveway to realize oil was leaking on my driveway.
