Michelle was fine however, upon pulling in to ROCK Honda, I was instructed to pull forward, which I did. I could not help but to notice everyone behind me was being helped. I was upset about this as I pulled in before the other drivers. Because of this, I feel I was not of the desired persuasion and was put off on Michelle. I was not upset at Michelle, I was upset at the lack of Customer Service I was used to with ROCK. Therefore, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and will no longer frequent ROCK Honda. Good day.
