Anthony is my favorite service advisor.
This was my 2nd time dealing with him. I was so happy he was my advisor today. He speaks to me very kindly and makes sure my car’s needs are met and he explains everything thoroughly. I am very impressed with Anthony thus far and hope the other service advisors that speak to me as if I were a child take note.

Had an appointment at 1:00 and took my car in 4 hours early and I never received a call/text saying it was ready to be picked up. I had to call an hour before they closed to pick it up when they told me my car has been ready for awhile

My seal to my window was not replaced and I went in to have a oil change and my tires rotated and my car it showing I have low tires pressure. I didn’t have any problem with my tires before I came in. I call customer service left a message and no return call. I called Anthony cell number and messages was full so I couldn’t leave a message to him.
