I made it very clear to everyone that I was not satisfied. My car was filthy when I picked up. Even a drink inside that I had no clue who’s it was. Your customer service was horrendous. You don’t care about people you just care about getting paid. My car was done but I still had to wait an hour for it because of “paperwork.” Your dealer is garbage. Your managers don’t even take responsibility or follow up I don’t even think you even read these comments or take our feedback seriously so I’m just probably wasting my time even writing this. Overall, there’s just nothing positive about my experience with your dealership at all from the phone service to the in person service it all lacks quality customer service.

I made an appointment for a detailed cleaning and an oil change. After 4 hrs past they called me and told me my car was ready that they only did the oil change and could not do the detailed cleaning 2 workers called in sick. Very unprofessional I am not happy at all
