We pay for premium service monthly. Every time I have come in to service my vehicle since we got it I have always had issues with the service department telling me that I don’t have coverage or that we are over our mileage even though it has happened every time.

Service Manager could have presented himself a little more professionally. Nobody went over the multi point inspection results with me. As someone who has patronized Rock Honda for over a decade, I am considering a new dealership outside of my way based on today’s experience. I’m hoping it was a case of the Mondays/Christmas Blues, but definitely not what I’m used to.
