Wow- did not have a good experience with waiting. My appointment was at 9:45 and waited more that 15 minutes. I felt like I did not exist.

We appreciated her extra efforts in making sure our vehicle was fully functional and the problem solved. We will now only come to have our vehicles serviced with her.
