The service was done which was appreciated. After a waiting for over 1 HR 40 min. My car was done. I dont mind waiting for quality service.
But when I get my car back and the front license plate is bent up and the interior of my car stinks horribly, I am not happy amd likely will be taking g my service else where.

I find it hard to believe that an oil change and tire rotation takes over two hours and this is been my experience for the last three times at your dealership. This has occurred with an appointment. It appears that those that buy extra services are given or placed on top of the pecking order or Rock Honda just overbooks appointments. Trust me, if asked by family and friends if I would recommend Rock Honda services, if you do not have time to waste,I would go to some other dealership. In fairness to your representatives they do as they were trained.
