We had our old CRV in for maintenance service, given a quote not really surprised to hear later that there were some additional service needed which of course, increased the cost substantially. Eddie however, worked with us smd altho it still cost more than what i wanted, we are satisfied with how the car seems to be running right now.

Went in for a oil change and had my headlights changed because of my LED strips both went out.
I noticed that my left new headlight had a lot of condensation.
So I waited till my next oil change which was today and after I told the guy from the inside the problem. He looked at me like if he didn’t want to change it and gave me an excuse on how busy they were. I had all day and literally waited till this oil change so I won’t have to go back Again for a defected headlight. And NOPE I didn’t get my light changed

One thing I recommend is that u don't put magnet numbers on top of car.told person today too put it on my account, and service agent not Mariano put number magnetic on car.told him don't want on top of,he said ohh she was first anyways & took it off. No sorry was wrong car!! Reason is because multiple times I've been there I see it scratches a top of my car.

We were not happy with the service we received today. We were there only for the oil change and rotation. Without even asking us first, Soemy included differnet services giving us a total of $500 dollars. They should always ask the custumer before including services never asked for
