Service was excellent. Except i was overcharge for my service. I noticed i was charged $442.80 for an oil change! When its supposed to be $44.28. This mistake was more of cashier department. I called 3 times but nobody can seem to help me this morning. But i finally got help and issued a refund.

It was not comoletely done. Fluids were not topped off, i had to check and bring it back.. The work done and the recomendations were not explained to me unless i asked. They did a very very quick job but was never really 100%. Sorry but that was my imoression..

The advisor was rude when I went to pick up my car when telling me that absolutely nothing was wrong with my car. When I tried asking him questions based off of my last visit history with my current problem, he completely disregarded what I was trying to tell him. He basically said there’s no record what so ever and I probably misunderstood the advisor from last time (which was not the case). I did in fact have paperwork proving what I was trying to tell him was valid but I did not find them until I left. After telling him I DID go in last time for the same issue and how they DID find something wrong, he AGAIN kept dismissing what I was saying and said he found no record and how if he doesn’t have physical proof on paper, it doesn’t count. I was beyond disappointed in the service and I will never be going back with that advisor.

It is important to offer a car wash as a courtesy for the service to your clients. All the dealers that I have used before have offered me that service without even asking whether I wanted it or not. It is way too much money what customers spend on services for not receiving their cash washed. I mentioned Rufino this concern and he said that it was due to the high winds that my car was not washed. It was my second time here and my car was not washed on previous visit either and there were no winds on that occasion. Please offer a car wash as courtesy to your customers. Customer Service 101. I am taking my car to another dealer next time. Thank you!

I was given a cost estimate of $80 for the oil change. However your website advertised it for $40. When I asked about it though I was given that special price but was told I need to present the coupon in the beginning. The best part of this was there was no coupon just Rock Honda had advertised this on the web site as special
Frankly similar things have been experienced in the past when my wife came for oil change no one mentioned about recall on the vehicle. Only when I came back and enquired about the recall I was told oh yes and it’s carried out.
Now this is in the past but it does make you feel uneasy.
