The service advisor was great, my issue is due to the mechanics that took the car changed almost all the settings in the car. I’m tall so I understand adjusting the sliding seat, but the lumbar was laid back substantially, the steering wheel was in a completely different adjustment, the auto headlights were turned off, even the recycled air was turned off. I don’t understand what any of this has to do with driving the car in for an oil change and alignment. It’s not as if the car is ruined, it’s just very annoying. Wouldn’t even describe it as a bad experience, I just don’t understand why the tech had to make the car his own during the arduous journey from the customer line to the shop floor. And even if he does have a good reason for it, why didn’t he put it back?
