My wife took my car in to get oil change and tire rotation I was happy with. one other issue is ,my car has a start by remote well my car 90% of the time will not start by the remote engine will start and die out automatically whoever helped her Said it was because of the cold but my car has done that year-round

Rufino Salinas is the reason I will never come back to Rock Honda for anything. I have a 2016 Accord with 36,000 miles on it and the defective seat has been repaired at Rock Honda 5 times. After this last Repair Mr Salinas had the nerve to say there is nothing wrong with the seat so when I step on it or whatever I’m doing Rock Honda won’t repair it Anymore!Even though your Policy is to Warranty repairs for one year! This is my 11 Honda and my 5th and last from Rock Honda. I truly believe that it was never repaired correctly, and that Mr Salinas and Rock Honda were just doing Temporary repairs and waiting for the Warranty to expire. Rock Honda has worked very Hard to loose my Business every time I brought my 2016 Accord back for the same repair (90 miles round trip) I asked if there was anything I can do or get some support from Honda! The service Advisor always told me they will take care of the problem even one advisor said there was a note saying the seat problem would be repaired Regardless of time. My fault for trusting Rock Honda!!

i came in because the check engine light came on and the technician ran tests and initially couldnt diagnose the problem but later said a sensor needs to be replaced (bc of misfiring?) altho i was thoroughly convinced, but i needed my van to be repaired ASAP. the oil life was also down to 20% so i decided to change the oil while the van was there to save me a extra trip to the dealer. i brought in my Costco 15% OFF coupon for both parts AND services, and also a Penske Fully-Synthetic oil change coupon for $59.99 for Rock to match - Rufino has always matches it for me no problem. so the toal came out to $480.**** after the taxes and that was with the oil change cost of $62.**** after taxes/fees. on the invoice it said a Savings of $30.****. i know im not the smartest guy in the room, but it doesnt take a genius to figure out i didnt get 15% OFF discount for the sensor parts and labor (which took MAYBE 1.5hours im not 100% sure) and not late Sunday evening the check engine light came on again and i really hope it wasnt for the same issue, and Rock didnt just replace that costly sensor for no apparent reason. i dropped off my van for Rufino and a technician to listen to the noise coming out from underneath the van when its really cold and when i start the van first thing in the AM. My rant is just bc i felt like i had given you guys our business over the years and trusted you guys with our vehicles and to ask for a 15% Discount and it wasnt given, i dont what to say. i would like to keep my business with you guys, and feel like i deserve some service credit based on my visit last week and the coupon. Rufino even said he would check to see if he can beat whatever discount coupon i brought in, based on our working advisor-customer relationship over the years, but apparently he either: a) couldnt beat it or b) he just gave me that measly $30.**** discount. Rufino is a stand up guy, very courteous and professional. Thank you.
