Exceptional service tanks

Failed to communicate proper arrears to go when checking car. Also when picking up vehicle, had to find a person to help me get my vehicle. Waited over 15 minutes before finally asking again for return of my vehicle, which had been sitting outside waiting without with the keys in the vehicle without anyone telling me. Felt very unprofessional and unsafe.

Upon picking up my vehicle today, I realized the contents of my glove box were missing. After searching the car, the glove box contents were in different compartments in my car, a dirty air filter was left in the back on the floor, and I consistently had to call in for check ups on the vehicle. Andy was never available and I was informed multiple times of his lack of availability. One time a personal phone call with no returned call, once a lunch break with no returned call, once he didn’t answer a page and they had to have him call me back, and then he told me that the reason I was not updated after 11 days was because he was on vacation. I was told my car would be worked on on Tuesday, and ready for pick up on Wednesday, and since I had not heard from Andy, I had to call Thursday for an update. Car was not ready for pick up until Friday. Was given a shuttle ride from my house to Rock Honda after being told to pick up the car and bring it back when corporate got back to them, only to arrive and be told my car was in pieces and undriveable. I was accusingly questioned on having my car a/c serviced and made to feel like the problem was my fault, when I was told that corporate had to be involved and I was not going to be given a rental until it was confirmed my corporate that it wasn’t something I had done. I expressed my frustration regarding lack of customer service and Andy said he didn’t have anything to report so he didn’t think he should call. I asked him if the car wasn’t ready, when he said it would be, why wasn’t I given a courtesy call to let me know? The only positive customer service I received was from the rental/loaner gentleman that helped me out. Unfortunately I don’t know his name, but he was great! I would not recommend Rock Honda to anyone and now understand why it only has a ranking of 2 stars online, especially when the lack of courtesy and customer service is lacking this severely.

Mariano is a good service tech, never had a problem with him, all's tried his best to help me.

I have never been treated so well then the way I get treated at Rock Honda I will always go there for services or whenever I need a car to purchase..

Great service and handled everything quick

My experience was awesome, I was in and out of there . I took my wife’s car to get a software updated. So the service wasn’t major but Mariano was very informative and attentive.
