I drove in there for an oil change that was the only light on when I left my tire pressure light went on I never had a problem with my tire pressure my tires are good how can I drive out of there and have the light on I had to get to work had no time to go back

The person I worked with at Honda made me feel horrible. I asked to use sunbit and he stated “for this amount?” (Which was $127.00) I immediately felt embarrassed by the way he said it as if I shouldn’t need help with such a small amount. He probably didn’t realize his reaction but I was embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the transaction. I will most likely wait until I have the money before going back to Rock Honda so I won’t have to use Sunbit.
I think being mindful and aware of people having different finances when dealing with customers will be helpful.

The person that assisted me was great, however, it seemed really short staffed and there was no one to greet you and take your info when you pulled up. It's understandable to be short staffed, but the employees should acknowledge people and advise it's going to be a while instead of just looking at you while you sit and wait in your car.
