After receiving the car yesterday the power steering column felt stiff. We checked and it is definitely not at max power steering fluid. Coolant is at the minimum line and not topped off. I called a few minutes after receiving the car because as soon as I turned onto the freeway the air pressure light came on. I had a alignment and balance/rotation as part of B-1 service and that includes topped off fluid Levels and air pressure. We cannot see the brake fluid line. This is not the first time this has happened. I called 2 Monday’s ago for service and the power in your building was off due to the winds and I could not be seen. I took the car to another mechanic and he repaired the car. He also advised that “someone” had removed the oil plug but did not go deep enough. Oil is leaking. I was charged $2000 to repair that plug by Rock. I had been complaining that all the lights were going off and on and I was told the computer indicates the plug needed to be repaired. The lights continued to come on and the CPU (?) unit was replaced under the extended warranty a few weeks later. I would like these deficiencies corrected. Please advise. Thank you.

The paperwork stated 10:15 completion. To me, a long time for an oil change.

Hello,
Please do not contact me but accept my feedback.Everyone was friendly and Luis was great. I am not satisfied with paying $100 for an oil change and tire rotation! If you will charge this price for this service it would be nice to get a complimentary car wash and some free snacks besides popcorn would be great.
I will not be back to pay $100 for an oil change & Tire rotation.

Tried to get me to do things on car I dont believe were needed. He even said back tires were bad but I had just put new ones. How much attention was being paid to my car? Or was I being told things just to spend money? If u cant tell the right tire info what other things are wrong? Last time all your reps do are try to get me to spend money on a car I pay already for monthly and only 2 years old. I wont be back.

While I was driving home from my service my low tire pressure light came on. It showed that the pressure of my tires was checked and at factory specification. Yet, when checked at home the pressure was different in each tire and needed air in 2 of them that were below the factory specification.
