Amanda's costumer service skills are outstanding! She made sure that I received the service that I needed and wanted.
She followed up to make sure that my repair was on track and that there were no surprises. The job was excellent and she made sure it was timely.

I was told a price for my alignment but when it was rang up it was incorrect. Also I was waiting for my car, your representative left for the day, I had to ask someone if it was done, it was and I waited half hour more. What kind of service is that a representative leaves with no communication. Why did I have to ask I if it was done. I would like the price I was quoted.
