Appointment was at 11:30 a.m., arrived at Rock Honda 10 mins. prior, did not speak to a technician until 12 p.m. Wait time to drop off vehicle was extremely long. I don't think this is necessarily Mr. Colon's fault, however, manager in charge of service department needs to pay attention to ongoing matters in service area. Also, when picked up vehicle at dealer, Mr. Colon did not explain type of work perfomed in vehicle to resolve recall issue.

It took a whole extra week before I was able to pick up my car but Eddie was really sincere in apologizing about the delay and offered a free rental car. I did not have to take it. I did get some discount to compensate. Overall I am still satisfied and will go back to Rock Honda for all my car service needs.

I had a 3:00 pm appt. I arrived at 2:40 and had to wait in the service line. I did let the service women know I had a 3 pm appt.I didn’t get to the front of the line until 3:15 so what is the purpose of making an appt. if we do not get our car taken for service at the appt. time. I did not get my car back until 4:55 pm I went in for an oil change and free quick check wheel alignment.
