My car was dropped jan 4 at 653 for oil change and noise that was heard in my front passenger and my car was ther for 2and half days when i picked up my car light for oil change was on lil to know that my oil change wasnt even done checked oil and black and dirty the bottom cover of my car waz torn off and didnt but back on very disappointed

I sat in the drive-up area for an extended period of time, and had to approach a service staff member to get assistance.
Additionally, Rufino tried to sell me a one-time wheel alignment for $89.99 or lifetime alignment for $199.99. That suggestion left a sour taste in my mouth as I purchased this car brand new in April, and a wheel alignment is not needed at this time. Furthermore, Rufino confirmed that when I questioned him by stating it is ‘just a little off, not much’. Making such suggestion to a female causes me to distrust your services and service personnel.
Otherwise, Rufino was really helpful, courteous and professional.
